Lobby-to-Lobby Construction Update

If you have been on our main campus over the last few weeks, you likely noticed a number of changes or may have had to take a few extra steps to reach your final destination. This is all part of our Lobby-to-Lobby Construction project that kicked off in May and has been progressing forward every single day.

Get Your Sweat on This Summer!

Scheurer Health is excited to debut its new summer fitness class schedule with fun additions such as Zumba, Hula Hoop, 5k Prep, Pound & Pose, Mommy & Me. Teaching these classes will be our newest instructors, Alex Truance and Camille Parmenter! They strive to make each class entertaining yet heart-pumping enough to get a great sweat on.

The 'Are You Scheurer' Photo Contest is BACK!

It has been five years since we debuted the Are You Scheurer Photo Contest. Now, back by popular demand, the Are You Scheurer Photo Contest is back and bigger than ever. As of this morning, 2,000 ‘Are You Scheurer’ cards have been distributed to every Scheurer location. The contest runs from today, June 17 through Labor Day (September 05) and is open to anyone and everyone. The winner will receive a Scheurer prize pack valued at over $200!

Expanded Lab Hours in Bad Axe

You asked...we listened. As of Monday, June 06, 2022, it is now even easier to take advantage of our lab services in Bad Axe!

We have expanded our hours yet again in Bad Axe to provide the utmost convenience to our patients and anyone needing lab work. Each of our three Laboratory locations in Bad Axe, Pigeon and Sebewaing are open to any and all provider orders, not just Scheurer physicians. Starting June 06, the lab in Bad Axe is now open for nearly 40 hours, Monday through Friday and is conveniently located inside of Scheurer Primary Care - Bad Axe at 75 Buschlen Rd (just behind Walgreens).

Terry Lerash Announces His Retirement as CEO

After leading Scheurer Health through a period of unparalleled growth and success for six years, Terrance E. Lerash has announced his retirement as President & CEO of Scheurer Health. Since July 2016, Terry Lerash has pushed Scheurer Health forward through numerous initiatives and strategies, including establishing care and services in a fifth local community in Bad Axe.

Meet Holly // December Grateful Patient Award Winner

Holly previously worked at Scheurer Vision and currently works at Scheurer Health FastCare inside Meijer in Bad Axe. This coming May, Holly will celebrate her one year anniversary with Scheurer. When asked why she loves Scheurer, she responded, "I love that Scheurer tries to make the best possible environment for patients and employees. They truly go above and beyond!" Congrats on being the December Grateful Patient Award Winner, Holly!

Girls On The Run // Fall 2021

Have you heard about Girls on the Run? On November 6, Scheurer Health wrapped up our third season of Girls on the Run. This after school program was eight weeks long with 16 sessions and consisted of 3rd, 4th and 5th graders from Laker Elementary.
