Is there anything better than ice cream on a hot summer day? On Tuesday, July 25, 2023, our Senior Living communities loaded up the buses and enjoyed a quick trip over to Grindstone for the world's largest ice cream cones. Thank you to Thumb Area Transit for providing such a smooth roundtrip and to Grindstone General Store for all of their prep work making the trip a success!

With an updated race course and time/date, we took your requests and made them a reality!

In recognition and appreciation for Dr. Scaddan's time and expertise in the Department of Family Medicine, Paul Scaddan, MD was presented with the "2022 Community Faculty of the Year Award." This honor was given by Michigan State University's College of Human Medicine (CHM).

Join us for Scheurer Auxiliary's 32nd Annual Golf Fundraiser on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at Scenic Golf & Country Club! Registration begins at 8:00 am followed by Tee-Off at 9 am.

Get ready to get your racing shoes on this summer with the 2023 Scheurer 5k race season. New this year, we have a special bundle promotion where if you sign up for all four races, you only have to pay for the cost of three! Don't delay too long to sign up because this promotion will end on Saturday, July 14, when our first 5k of the summer begins. The first 500 registrants are guaranteed a race shirt in festival fashion.

A true staple of Spring, the Scheurer Auxiliary hosted its annual event to a record crowd and more fashion than ever before. Amy's of Pigeon and Simply A to Z Boutique were both on hand for the event, showing off their latest styles. Thank you to all who attended!

There is just something about watching whipped cream being plopped onto someone’s face. It triggers the inner child in all of us and erupts a room into rolling belly laughs, smiles and giggles. On Friday, April 21, five pies were flung to celebrate another successful Relay for Life fundraiser at Scheurer Health and kickstarted everyone’s weekend with a little extra luster.

For the first time in over 1,100 days, we can finally see your smiling faces once again. As of Monday, April 17, 2023, masks are no longer required at Scheurer Health locations.

With summer quickly approaching, they have a multitude of classes to help you get your summer bod just how you'd like it to be! 💪

That's the leading theory for officials as they track down why the Easter Bunny blew in to Country Bay Village a few days ahead of schedule for the international holiday.

Thursday, April 06 was on track to be like any other day at Country Bay Village, our independent living community in Pigeon. Residents had gathered in the main dining room for lunch …or supper …or dinner …the name of the meal all depending on who you ask.
