Our Focus Areas
The team is guided by three core priorities:
Service Recovery – Addressing concerns in real time and ensuring issues are resolved with compassion and accountability.
Positive Communication Standards – Promoting respectful, clear and consistent communication across every patient interaction.
Service Excellence – Creating meaningful, memorable experiences that reflect our commitment to high-quality care.
To carry out these responsibilities, the team reviews patient satisfaction surveys, identifies trends and develops action plans to continuously improve the care experience. They also champion employee recognition initiatives that celebrate exceptional service.
Patient & Family Advisory Committee
The Patient & Family Advisory Committee (PFAC) brings together patients, family members and healthcare team members to strengthen the care experience at Scheurer Health.
Committee members share insights, provide feedback and partner with leadership to improve policies, programs and services. Their perspectives help ensure we continue delivering care that reflects the needs of our community.
