24-HOUR R.N. NURSING CARE
While other facilities utilize other levels of care, our Swing Bed Care is based within our Acute Care. This allows fast access to the best staff available with experience to handle any situation. Your peace of mind is at the top of our priorities.
PHYSICIAN ACCESS ‘ROUND THE CLOCK
Another perk of being located within Acute Care is that our local physician team is available all day, with some located on-site 24 hours a day. Our patients deserve our best.
ON-SITE PHYSICAL THERAPY
We do not contract out our physical or occupational therapy services. They are located just steps away from your room with a customized rehabilitation program for every patient. We even have a rehabilitation pool right on site. There is no need to be transferred to another facility to re-explain your current situation.
A CARE TEAM SECOND-TO-NONE
Our Swing Bed Care patients have access to all of the disciplines that Scheurer has to offer. These include: Registered Dieticians, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Diagnostic Imaging, Laboratory Services, Discharge Planning, Infection Prevention, Social Service, Activities Team and more --all located in the same facility without the need to transfer.
