Walk-In Care Now at Scheurer Primary Care - Bad Axe

FastCare at Meijer Is Moving: Walk-In Care Now at Scheurer Primary Care - Bad Axe

Starting Monday, June 30, FastCare will close its doors inside Meijer and reopen just down the road as Walk-In Care at Scheurer Primary Care - Bad Axe, located at 75 Buschlen Road, just behind Walgreens.

This move is part of a significant expansion, a brand-new 5,000-square-foot addition, designed to better meet the increasing needs of our community. The new walk-in clinic will offer the same convenient, no-appointment care you’ve come to expect, but now with expanded services and hours.

The new walk-in clinic will be located at Scheurer Primary Care – Bad Axe, with convenient hours that match our Pigeon location: Monday through Friday from 1:00pm to 7:00pm and weekends from 9:00am to 3:00pm. The clinic will be open seven days a week, 362 days a year and is closed only on Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.

Lab services have been expanded and are now available Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 7:00pm and Fridays 7:00am to 3:00pm, while X-ray services will now run Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm (starting July 14). Looking ahead, diagnostic services such as mammography and ultrasound will also be added in the near future, likely in August.

The new addition will also be home to Scheurer Orthopedics with Dr. Craig McManaman, who will move from his current location on South Van Dyke Road to 75 Buschlen Road on Monday, July 14.

This move allows us to combine primary care, pediatrics, walk-in care, orthopedic care, X-ray, laboratory, mammography, ultrasound and more, all located under one roof so we can achieve a higher patient experience for you.
