Terry Lerash Extends Tenure at Scheurer Health
The Scheurer Board of Trustees is pleased to announce the return of Terry Lerash as Interim President & CEO, following the resignation of Mike Nanzer on Wednesday, July 06, 2022. We wish Mike the best as he pursues opportunities with other organizations. While this is not the outcome that we had hoped for, we remain committed to our culture’s guiding values and strive to find the next leader that matches those beliefs.
Terry Lerash has served as Scheurer Health's President & CEO since 2016 until his recent retirement. He has graciously agreed to return and lead us into our next chapter as the community’s continued first choice for healthcare in the Thumb of Michigan. The search for a new CEO has begun immediately with the aim of finding a leader who exudes the principles and values of Scheurer’s outstanding culture. Scheurer Health is fortunate to have a strong, experienced leadership team and workforce in place, which will allow for our organization to continue to grow and provide the exceptional and quality care that has become synonymous with Scheurer Health.
