Sebewaing Services are on the move!
Physical Therapy & Lab are now in their temporary homes
As we prepare to dramatically upgrade our facilities inside the village of Sebewaing, first we need to move some of our services. The first step in that process is our Laboratory and Physical Therapy Services from the Sebewaing Health Center. As of Wednesday, August 20, 2025, both Lab and Physical Therapy have been moved to their new temporary locations.
Lab Draw
All of your Laboratory services that you've grown accustomed to in Sebewaing are still available, but now are located next to Subway at 614 1/2 Unionville Rd. Lab hours remain the same with Monday through Thursday, 7:00am to 3:00pm and on Friday, 7:00am to 12:30pm.
Physical Therapy
Our Physical Therapy (and Community Fitness) services are now located across the street at 649 Unionville Rd in Sebewaing. You might recognize this location as adjacent to Abadata and Moore Shoreline. Hours remain the same for both services with Physical Therapy, by appointment only, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm; closed for lunch daily from 12:00-1:00pm. Patients can enter from the south side of the building under the blue awning.
Community Fitness
The fitness equipment is still available for use Monday through Friday, with summer and winter hours still in effect. During the summer, fitness hours are Monday-Thursday, 4:00-6:00pm and Friday, 1:00-4:00pm. For the winter months, fitness equipment is available Monday-Thursday, 4:00-8:00pm and Friday, 1:00-4:00pm.
Primary Care
Don't worry, Primary Care in Sebewaing is still in the same location as it has been for the last number of years. This will remain as the home base to see your provider until construction is completed on the new facility next door (where the current Health Center stands). And again, no need for concern, the Dairy Barn is not moving and will not be touched during construction.
