Dwight Gascho Leadership Award // Laurie Polega
As part of the Scheurer Foundation, the Dwight Gascho Leadership Fund was established to support further education, leadership development and also to recognize Scheurer employees who have gone above and beyond their official duties. As a result, the culture of the entire Scheurer organization is reinforced for future generations to carry the torch onward. Scheurer employees were nominated by their peers and the award was then decided on by the Executive Council to determine the most deserving individual who has shown exemplary leadership over the last 12 months.
Laurie Polega is the Manager of Scheurer's Diagnostic Imaging department and has been with the organization for over 38 years. She has held nearly every position at every level throughout her time at Scheurer and we are extremely grateful and proud of her accomplishments and influence on our culture.
