It's not often that you can play a small part in history, yet right now in Sebewaing, you can write the next chapter of the Dairy Barn's history! Lease applications are now being accepted for you to operate the Dairy Barn in Sebewaing, Michigan. The deadline to apply is March 15, 2025.

In the early days of February, Scheurer Health acquired the business and property of the Dairy Barn for a couple of reasons:
- To ensure the history and impact of the Dairy Barn in the local community
- To properly maintain the shared parking lot with our Scheurer Health locations
We promise you that the Dairy Barn is not going anywhere. It is not being torn down, it is not being moved and it is not being turned into a parking lot. With Scheurer Health purchasing the business and property, we are seeking someone or a business entity to lease, maintain and operate the Dairy Barn beginning with the 2025 season. No profit-sharing, no ulterior motives; we own the property and you reap the rewards.
As the banner on the building says, this is a profitable, turn-key operation. With the right person leading the charge, the Dairy Barn can be a wildly successful venture, as it has been for so many decades in Sebewaing.
