Running for a Greater Cause
On Thursday, September 1, Scheurer Health partnered with the Huron County Suicide Prevention Coalition for the first annual Elkton Autumnfest Kiddie Cruise and 5k Run where all the proceeds benefit the Huron County Suicide Prevention Coalition. The coalition's mission is to work together to prevent suicides and create healthy communities. They have training options to learn more about how to help prevent suicide, recognize signs of suicide, and how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations.
