USA School: Gym Class Heroes
Gym Class Heroes is a free 8 week after school program designed for 3rd and 4th graders. Scheurer Health's Community Health and Wellness Advocate, Camille Parmenter, will visit USA to teach the importance of living an active lifestyle. The students will participate in fitness and hands on nutrition activities which include PE games, individual fitness challenges, and weekly do-it-yourself snacks.
