Pay by Check (eCheck)
What is an eCheck?
If you already have a PayPal account, you can use an eCheck to send a payment for the FunRun 2009 race.
Sending an eCheck is just like writing a check, only you send it through your computer. It’s also called an electronic funds transfer, because you withdraw money directly from your bank account.
When you send money with an eCheck from a U.S. bank account, the transaction is held as pending for 3-4 business days, until the electronic funds transfer clears your bank. From a Canadian bank account, the transaction is held as pending for 7-8 business days.
Why should I use an eCheck?
When you use eCheck, you don't have to have a credit card or alternate funding source attached to your PayPal account. In addition, using eCheck means you won't incur credit card debt, since the money comes directly out of your bank account. eCheck is like writing a check, only faster and more secure.
