108 N. Caseville Road, Pigeon, is now the home for the combined offices of the billing and financial services of Scheurer Hospital.

Customer billing for services at Scheurer Hospital, Sebewaing Family Medicine, Sebewaing Health Center, Elkton Family Medicine, Scheurer Family Medical Center, Scheurer Professional Center, and Caseville Family Medicine are conveniently handled at this location (the former Nietzke Faupel CPA firm).

The office phone number is (989) 453-7301. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Hospital and Physician billing are now centrally located for our customers' convenience. Billing questions, information and payments can be handled at this location. For your convenience, payments can still be received at Scheurer Hospital Patient Registration office.

Patient Registration

Before coming in for an outpatient test, please make sure you have an order signed by your doctor with a complete diagnosis and the appropriate test listed clearly on the order. This will expedite the registration process and alleviate any unnecessary delays by calling your doctor’s office for this information.

You are required to present your insurance cards (if applicable) and your driver’s license at the time of every registration. For Medicare patients, you will be required to fill out a Medicare questionnaire that is required by the Federal Medicare Program.

A parent must sign a consent for treatment of a minor. If a parent is not available, the responsible adult must provide a signed and dated authorization form from a parent and/or guardian.

Workman’s compensation cases must present an authorization from the employer for billing purposes.
