Ambulance Services

AMBULANCE Available 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, Scheurer Hospital’s Ambulance staff consists of 18 Emergency Medical Personnel, including EMTs, First Responders and Paramedics.

Last year, the staff made nearly 650 runs using one of two ambulances or the First Responder vehicle. Besides responding to emergencies, the Ambulance staff also provides coverage for many community events, such as sporting events, festivals, parade and school programs. In addition, the EMS representative for the Huron County 911 Advisory Board is staffed by Scheurer Hospital.
